MADISON, MS – December 8th, 2025 – The action-packed two days that bookmark the end of the GSPGA tournament calendar every year include the Annual GSPGA Awards Gala, followed by the GSPGA Annual Meeting, which then rolls into the playing of the E-Z-GO Oliver Counce Six-Pro Championship. This year’s host was the always well put-together and proper venue that is Reunion Golf & Country Club in Madison, MS.
The annual Six-Pro Championship is a one-of-a-kind format rarely seen across the 41 PGA of America Sections. Over the years, it has gained large acclaim for its unique format of six PGA Professionals playing a scramble, accompanied by a wide array of southern soul food served while play commences. This year’s edition was filled with gumbo, red beans, bone-chilling temperatures, but most importantly, a 120-man field of PGA Professionals celebrating a great 2025 tournament season.
Prevailing through mid-30-degree farnheient temperatures, the team of Joseph Hanko, PGA / Matt Brunetz, PGA / Benji Williams, PGA / Scott Milam / Reed Hughes, PGA / and Kyle Ellis were our champions with an impeccable -20 total 52 to win by a single shot over 2nd place. All great players in their own right, they joined together under the common bond of working or living in the North Mississippi area.
Sunday’s Award Gala was a great time to celebrate all the 2025 GSPGA award winners over a great dinner and reconnect with old friends. CLICK HERE to view all of the 2025 award winners. We want to give a huge thank you to Reunion Golf & CC General Manager Michael Obrien, PGA, Head Professional Christian Gutierrez, PGA, and Bryce Graddy for their assistance in making this event a success.
