Saucier, MS: The Mississippi Chapter Championship was held at Grand Bear Golf Club this year. The contest included a Chapter Championship and Senior Chapter Championship with a total field of 32 players. 

Kyle Ramey, PGA from Canebrake Country Club, was crowned Champion of the Regular Division of the Mississippi Chapter PGA with a score of 69-74–143. Dustin Baker, PGA from Tchefuncta Country Club, came in second with 70-74–144. 

Reed Hughes, PGA from Senatobia, was crowned Champion of the Senior Division with 73-72–145.

In a post-round interview, Kyle Ramey stated, “Fought the golf swing for the majority of the day, but was able to grind out some good pars and keep it together. It was really cool to have my son with me for the last two days – to be there and encourage me on. He certainly helped me a lot more than he knows he did.”

The Mississippi Chapter PGA is also happy to announce a new term of officers. Blake Hatfield, PGA was elected as President, followed by Rory Nelson, PGA as Vice President, and Chris Jester, PGA as Secretary.
