Madison, MS: The team of Reed Hughes, PGA/Jake Narro, PGA has earned the honor of being crowned the 2023 ANTIGUA/Lorente/Yamaha Pro-Pro Champions with a team score of eleven-under, 61. This year’s Gulf States Section event was held at Lake Caroline Golf Club on Monday, March 27th.

Forty-nine players gathered on a sunny Spring day for golf, forming 54 teams. There was a two-way tie for second place between the teams of Kris Kerr/Jake Narro, PGA, and David Marchand, PGA/Jake Narro, PGA with scores of ten-under, 62.

Reed Hughes, PGA was the low-Pro winner with a score of six-under, 66. 

Jake later commented, “Played great, made 9 birdies, 2 bogies. I was able to brother-in-law with my partners at the right time. Being able to finish in the top 3 spots with my partners was an added bonus. There were a few times I thought we were going to hole out our second shots, but other than that, just had a great time.”
